About Larry Korte

Larry began his career working in sales and management for Disney and MGM/UA. After seven years, Larry joined our team. For the past twenty-two years, Larry has played a key role in many areas of our organization–first in Operations and now in Sales. Since 1992, Larry has been blending his previous experience in production, operations and material handling, into his current role in Sales to grow high-level relationships with customers. In addition, as the Vice President of Sales, he manages and supports the needs of a seventeen-member team of Business Development Managers, Regional Account Representatives, Customer Service Representatives and Sales Support Members.

 Larry enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and his friends. During his free time he likes to read, travel and hike.

About Michele Cohen

Michele has dedicated the last 14 years in the weight loss field to helping professionals provide high quality, effective care. As Training Director of an international weight loss company she was responsible for regional and center trainings of new hires, staff, managers and supervisors, ongoing staff and manager productivity, and center and regional profit and loss statements. Michele oversaw 12 centers per region, on average. In her current position at Robard Corporation, she provides intensive support services to weight loss practices and centers nationwide in the areas of training, sales, marketing, business planning and daily operations. Previously she was in publishing, specializing in advertising, writing, campaign development, and sales management.

About Marty Davis

Marty Davis is nearing completion of his fifth year with Robard Corporation. His interest in diet and nutrition began in earnest almost thirty years ago as a "guinea pig” in the test kitchen of Jane Kinderlehrer, then Food Editor of Prevention magazine. Marty's background spans over 25 years in the business world, on both the retail and wholesale levels. Immediately prior to joining Robard Corporation, Marty held a sales position in the textile industry with responsibility for national accounts. From 2000 through 2005, Marty was involved in commodity importing from all over the world, particularly Asia, with national sales responsibility as well.

About Marcia Proffitt

Marcia has worked in the weight loss industry for over eighteen years. Ten of those years, she dedicated to operating her own medical weight loss center which has given her an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with daily operations, staff training and business and marketing planning and execution. It is this experience that has assisted her for the past eight years in her current position as Sales Manager for Robard Corporation. Currently, she provides a variety of consulting services for medically supervised programs nationwide, which includes implementation training, ongoing operational assistance, sales support, business planning, productivity measurements and quality assurance to offer a comprehensive center of excellence. 

Marcia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and going to plays and concerts.

Not only does he serve as a consultant to his accounts, he was once on a weight loss program losing 40 pounds. He has an appreciation of what dieters go through and how centers can provide a level of service to make a dieter’s experience successful. Although he is an engineer by training, it was his passion for health and wellness that brought him into this field. In his current position as a Business Development Manager for Robard, he provides a variety of services to his weight loss customers, such as training, marketing and other on-going operational support.
