Medical vs. Non-Medical

Very Low Calorie Diet vs Low Calorie Diet

There are also varying levels of calorie consumption and different meal plans options to consider. The two main ones are Very Low Calorie Diets (VLCD) and Low Calorie Diets (LCD).
