NutriMed Behavior Modification Modules

Behavior Modification Modules teach patients how to replace problematic behaviors by addressing the beliefs, perceptions and thoughts that underlie the weight problem. Specifically, patients learn to identify problem behaviors, discover how these behaviors were learned, learn skills to adopt new behaviors, set goals, keep records, improve self-observation, and evaluate progress.
